Dr. Amr Elahwany
Dr. Amr Elahwany is an internationally recognized sexual & reproductive health specialist with more than two decades of academic and clinical experience in male reproductive health, infertility, and sexual medicine. He serves as Assistant Professor of Andrology at Kasr El Aini Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the region.
Dr. Elahwany combines deep clinical expertise with extensive research in male infertility, reproductive endocrinology, and sexual dysfunction. His advanced training includes a Master's in Clinical Embryology from Leeds University, UK, and he holds the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) certification as a Senior Clinical Embryologist.
Dr. Hussein Kandil
Dr. Hussein Kandil is a fellowship-trained reproductive urologist from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an Associate Member of the Academy of Master Surgeon Educators of the American College of Surgeons.
He leads the Urology and Male Reproductive Unit at Fakih IVF Fertility Center, UAE, with focused expertise in microsurgical sperm retrieval for non-obstructive azoospermia, AI applications in male infertility, and the management of male reproductive endocrinopathies.
Dr. Bohaira El Geyoushi
Dr Bohaira El Geyoushi is a Consultant Gynaecologist & Reproductive Endocrinology (IVF). She has been in Dubai for over 11 years. Before that, she was a consultant and Head of the Fertility Department at East Kent University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the second-largest NHS Trust in the UK.
Dr Bohaira is a Fellow of the (RCOG) Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists and a Fellow of the (FSRH) Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare in London/UK. She was awarded a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Southampton on "Studies in Women's Reproductive Healthcare". This generated research publications, and she is widely published in many peer-reviewed journals.
Dr Bohaira recently graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) Ireland in Dublin with a Master's in Healthcare Management. She is passionate about her work and believes in a holistic approach to women's healthcare and fertility management.
Dr Bohaira strongly believes in the power of education and knowledge and in empowering women with knowledge about their fertility so they can make informed decisions and choices about their reproductive health.
Dr. Alaa El-Ghobashy
Dr. Alaa El-Ghobashy, MD MRCOG, is a consultant subspecialist in Gynecological Oncology surgery. He completed his general Obstetrics and Gynecology training as well as the subspeciality training in Gynecological Oncology in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK. He achieved the Medical Doctorate (MD) degree from the University of Liverpool in 2005. He worked as a consultant in the NHS England for more than 14 years.
He has extensive experience pertinent to ovarian, uterine, cervical, and vulval cancer surgery. He is an expert Robotic Surgeon, not only in benign but also in malignant cases, having started it in the UK for more than a decade.
Dr. El-Ghobashy has a track record in publications in peer-reviewed journals. He also authored many book chapters and edited two textbooks on Robotic surgery. He is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London, UK. He is the Associate Medical Lead for the English Lynch Syndrome Transformation Project, the Central and South Genomic Service Alliance.
Dr. Khaled Ibrahim Abu Ali
Dr. Khaled Ibrahim Abu Ali, MSc, MSc, PhD Candidate is a Clinical Embryologist and IVF Laboratory Director with over a decade of experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) across Europe and the Middle East. He holds dual Master's degrees in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Umeå University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Reproductive Clinical Sciences. Throughout his career, Khaled has led IVF laboratory operations, implemented advanced embryology techniques, and contributed to the establishment and growth of fertility programs focused on quality, innovation, and patient-centered care.
His professional interests include embryo culture systems, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), fertility preservation, laboratory quality management, and the application of digital technologies in reproductive medicine. Khaled has presented scientific work at international meetings, including European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and Middle East Fertility Society, and has authored peer-reviewed publications in the field of reproductive science.
In addition to his clinical and academic work, Khaled is the founder of IVERA, a digital health platform designed to streamline IVF workflows, enhance clinical decision-making, and improve operational efficiency within fertility clinics. His vision is to bridge reproductive medicine, laboratory excellence, and healthcare technology to advance the future of fertility care.
Dr. Rozh Jalil
Dr. Rozh Jalil is a highly accomplished Consultant Urological Surgeon with extensive expertise in Andrology, stone disease, benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), prostate disorders, and lower urinary tract symptoms and infections. He is internationally recognized for his pioneering work and was the first in the world to perform a robotic (Roboscope) microsurgical varicocele repair.
Dr. Jalil has a distinguished track record in Andrology and men's health. His areas of specialization include non-scalpel vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, and the medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease, including advanced penile implant surgery. He also provides innovative treatments such as Shockwave therapy and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections for erectile dysfunction.
A renowned expert in male fertility, Dr. Jalil completed specialist training at University College London. He is experienced in the management of lower urinary tract disorders and offers a comprehensive range of minimally invasive procedures for enlarged prostate, including GreenLight laser surgery, UroLift, and Rezūm therapy and Robotic Aquablation.
Prior to relocating to the UAE in 2022, Dr. Jalil served as Consultant Urologist and Andrologist at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom, where he led the Male Fertility Department. He obtained his Doctorate in Medicine (MD[Res]) from Imperial College London in 2014. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an active member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons and the European Association of Urology.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Jalil has a strong commitment to medical education. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Health and Medical Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents his research at national and international conferences.
Dr. Jalil's dedication to advancing urological and andrological care, combined with his innovative approach and commitment to excellence, positions him as a leading specialist in his field.
Dr. AbdulAziz AlShahrani
Dr. AbdulAziz AlShahrani is a leading Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, IVF, and Laparoscopic Surgery, and the Group Medical Director of Bnoon in Saudi Arabia. With nearly three decades of experience in the field of reproductive medicine, Dr. AlShahrani is recognized for his clinical excellence and pioneering role in advancing fertility care in the Kingdom.
He earned his MBBS degree from King Saud University in 1994, followed by the Saudi Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999. He completed his fellowship in infertility and laparoscopic surgery at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in 2003, and pursued fellowship in IVF, reproductive medicine, and reproductive surgery at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, in 2005.
Dr. Abdulaziz is an active member in the Middle East Fertility Society (MEFS), American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). He also serves as a founding member and vice president of the Saudi Society for Women's Health. He regularly speaks at scientific conferences, and has led various workshops in the region.
Prior founding Bnoon Medical Center in Riyadh, Dr. AlShahrani served as a consultant at leading IVF centers in Saudi Arabia. Since 2013, he has led Bnoon - Riyadh as both Medical Director and consultant, playing a vital role in its growth as a trusted destination for reproductive health and advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
Dr. Robert Bader
Dr. Robert Bader is an IVF Laboratory Director, Embryology Consultant, and ESHRE-certified Senior Clinical Embryologist with over 15 years of clinical and academic experience in clinical embryology, andrology, infertility, and IVF laboratory management. He currently serves as IVF Laboratory Director at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group in Dubai, where he leads advanced IVF laboratory practice and quality-driven embryology services.
Dr. Bader holds a PhD in Biological and Medical Sciences, a Master's degree in Human Reproduction and Medical Assistance for Procreation, a Master's degree in Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells, and a Master's degree in eXplainable Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Management.
His focused expertise includes embryo assessment, time-lapse technology, AI-assisted embryo scoring, IVF laboratory quality, and the integration of artificial intelligence into reproductive medicine.
Dr. Rahila Bhatti
Dr. Rahila Bhatti is a consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Obesity Medicine with more than two decades of clinical and academic experience across the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Pakistan. She completed her specialist training in London and holds dual CCT in General Internal Medicine and Diabetes & Endocrinology. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, London (UK).
A SCOPE-certified and EASO-affiliated National Clinical Fellow in Obesity Management, Dr. Bhatti has led one of the UAE's most successful multidisciplinary weight-management programs—accredited as a Clinical Centre of Excellence by the European Association for the Study of Obesity in 2023. Her work focuses on reducing cardiometabolic risk through evidence-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on preventing first cardiovascular events in high-risk populations.
Dr. Bhatti serves as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Diabetes and Endocrinology at the University of Sharjah, where she teaches on the postgraduate Master of Science in Diabetes Management program. She has presented her research and clinical innovations at national and international conferences, contributing to global discussions on metabolic health and obesity.
